I am in the best shape of my life. I have never felt better, looked better, been more active, and felt more in alignment with my natural state. So, what does yoga have to do with it?
As a kid I did all sorts of crazy things from jumping off of rooftops to later racing motorcycles, playing rugby, hockey and football- my body took a beating and has reminded me throughout my years of how reckless I was. As I got older, the pain increased and usually followed me into a uncomfortable sleep and then agonizing me throughout my day. A bad diet, lack of exercise and some bad habits made it even worse.
One day, after my awakening, I started doing Asanas (yoga postures), and soon became more fit and sturdy and along with a mostly vegan diet, my inflammation in my joints disappeared and now I’m pain-free, fit and limber. Most of all- I feel great about myself and have the confidence to do just about anything. My vitality and energy is higher than before, and yes, I do feel sexier now too.
